Course Description...
Designed for students with no previous keyboarding experience. Learn to keyboard/type by touch on the computer keyboard. Being able to master the keyboard will enable you to feel comfortable when using the computer to learn word processing, spreadsheets, databases, programming, graphics, electronic mail, the Internet—all aspects of your college and personal computer experiences. In addition to mastering the keyboard, you will be learning the basics of the microcomputer and the mouse.

This self-paced course addresses the basic skills needed in the process of catching and correcting errors in handwritten or printed text by using proofreader’s marks.
